Summer Solstice Celebration

ANNOUNCING OUR SUMMER SOLSTICE LABYRINTH WALK! On Wednesday, June 21, we invite you to walk the labyrinth at Cedar Hill to celebrate the arrival of the Summer Solstice, a time when there's a feeling of compassion and passion, where energies run high with all the activity taking place in the natural world around us.

Gardens are beginning to bear the full fruit of the greening time and every species is fully alive to the abundance that surrounds us.

The labyrinth will be open all day on June 21 for those who choose to walk in private; or you may join us from 7:00-9:00pm for a community walk that will include a drumming circle.

Kat Stratton, Director of Cedar Hill, recently returned from a facilitator training with author Dr. Lauren Artress, of Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, renowned internationally for her efforts as a leader in the world-wide labyrinth movement. Our vision is to celebrate as often as possible with this universal spiritual tool that is being discovered, and rediscovered, in places all over the world.
