Chakra Ecstatic Dance...moving to your inner rhythm to each of the seven major chakra energy centers (No dance "know-how" required). You will be asked to keep your eyes closed and move in a way that you may have never moved before...to your inner dancer.
Heart to Heart Puja...experiencing the Sacredness of another through seeing and being seen (in-to-me-see).
Full version of the Dolphin Breath Meditation followed by walking the Labyrinth by candlelight...a sacred and profound healing and transformational process.
Sacred Sharing...with like-minded Souls who have touched deeper parts of themselves, over a healthy meal lovingly prepared by the Cedar Hill staff.
